Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing our store for your CD, DVD, and merchandise purchases. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. Please carefully review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:

CDs, DVDs, and merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging.
       
Any included accessories, such as booklets or posters, should also be returned in their original condition.
       
CDs and DVDs should not be opened or used, and their shrink-wrap or seal should remain intact.
       
Merchandise should be unworn, unused, and in resalable condition.
          
Return Timeframe:

You may initiate a return within 14 days from the date of purchase.
          
Please note that the return period starts from the date of purchase, regardless of when the item was delivered or received.
          
Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact form or email (sales@atnlmusic.nl), providing your order details and the reason for the return.
          
Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process.
          
Return Shipping:

We would like to offer our products at the most affordable price possible. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to cover the return shipping costs. These costs are therefore at your own expense. We appreciate your understanding.

Return address:

Please drop the package off at a shipping point of your choice. Here you will receive a shipping receipt. Keep it until the return is completely processed. This is your proof that the package was actually shipped and can be requested in case of loss in transit.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund within 14 days from the date of receipt.
          
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
          
Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
          
Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service department immediately with the order details and a description of the issue.
